Soft neutrals, natural wood and plenty of storage.
The kind of kitchen that feels right from day one.
What the Client Wanted
A kitchen that balanced warmth, storage and usability without feeling cluttered.
- A light, timeless design with soft, neutral colours.
- Solid wood worktops for warmth and natural texture.
- Traditional Shaker-style cabinetry with clean, unfussy detailing.
- Plenty of practical storage, including full-height units.
- A layout that felt open and easy to use every day.

The Design Process
We focused on creating a kitchen that felt balanced from every angle.
The layout was carefully planned to make the best use of the space, with clear sightlines, generous worktop areas and a natural flow between cooking, washing and storage zones.
Attention was given to symmetry around key features such as the hob and extractor. Open shelving and glazed wall units were introduced to keep the space feeling light and open.
Every element was refined to ensure the kitchen felt cohesive, practical and calm.
Materials and Finishes
Material choice played a central role in defining the character of this kitchen.
Painted cabinetry and natural timber create warmth and contrast, while subtle detailing keeps the overall look timeless rather than trend-led.

The Outcome
The finished kitchen feels warm, practical and inviting.
Soft painted cabinetry, natural wood surfaces and thoughtful detailing create a space that feels both refined and relaxed. Storage is generous without dominating the room, and the layout supports how the family uses the kitchen day to day.
It’s a space that feels considered, personal and built to last.
